No Small Life is a ministry that was birthed from a very painful season of our lives.
We were devastated by an unfortunate life circumstance.
This pain nearly crippled us! But you know what? Our story doesn’t end there.
Because that pain birthed something amazing in our lives and the lives of others.
We are passionate about helping people rise above the painful circumstances that make their lives feel small and insignificant.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I hate asking people for anything. It is just NOT in my DNA.
It was really hard for Megan and me to get the courage to ask anyone to come to our fundraiser.
It is scary to put one of these on. Some of the thoughts that have run through our minds are:
What if people roll their eyes?
What if people don’t come?
What if people don’t care?
What if it is an epic failure?
SUPER fun thoughts! Luckily for us, we have a lot of practice recognizing lies, fears, and worries.
SO, we decided not to worry about how many people show up, but rather that God would nudge the right people to show up.
We decided to put the whole thing in His hands.
We would love to see you there, but we understand if we don’t.
We trust that God is orchestrating the right people to be there. And we’re good with that.
Feeling the NUDGE? Maybe that’s just heartburn. I digress.
One thing is for sure though, you won’t be disappointed if you come because…FREE ICE CREAM!…or coffee…or tea. You do you.
If you plan on coming, just know that it won’t be long and it will be worth it.
The whole event will be from 7 to 8:30.
The dress is casual. You can even wear shorts if you want to! Because we’re in MI and only have that luxury for 3 months whole months.
